In January 2011, Sanctuary Maintenance secured a contract to maintain and improve the Church of England’s portfolio of more than 1,200 properties occupied by retired clergy.
Under the three-year contract, we manage the all remedial maintenance issues, major repairs, empty property maintenance, stock condition surveys and improvement works.
